(5) DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTING PLANTS
I
The invention relates to a machine tool industry and can be applied to transport workpieces such as tubes or rods to centerless and regular machines.
Arrangements are known for transporting pipe-type blanks, comprising a chute with rotatably mounted profiled arms fl.
A disadvantage of the known devices is the considerable noise arising during the transportation of blanks.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with ribbons fixed across the gutter on the profiled arms using additionally inserted hangers, one of which is adjustable to adjust its position, while the suspensions for the belts are located above the axis of rotation of the profiled arms.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed device when transferring the workpiece from the profiled levers into the chute; in fig. 2 - the same, with the blank transferred to the trench 5.
The device contains a groove 1, profiled levers 2 and 3, mounted on axles and 5 along the groove,
10 ribbons 6, fixed across chute 1 on profiled arms 2 and 3 by means of suspensions, one of which is mounted with the possibility of adjusting its position.

Chute 1 consists of individual elements, in the intervals between which are placed the tape 6. The device operates as follows. . The blanks 9 are fed up one by one from above to the k levers 2 and 3, forming a Y-shaped ring 10 in the closed state. Then the levers 2 and 3 are opened and the workpiece falls on the belt 6. When the levers return to their original position, the ribbon goes down the chute 1 and the luggage carrier is carried onto the chute for further transport. Claim 1, Device for transporting pipe-type blanks, comprising a chute with profiled levers installed with the possibility of turning, characterized in that, in order to enhance the operation of the device, it is provided with ribbons fixed across the chute on profiled levers by means of additionally inserted into the suspension device one of which is installed with the possibility of adjusting its position.
